Most of our classes are taken in our bespoke private studio, separate to the main gym area, with the exception of Calisthenics.

Our Classes

Upgrade Fitness offers a range of group classes designed to build strength, endurance, mobility and overall fitness. From high-performance training like HYROX and DEKA to skill-based Calisthenics, as well as recovery and core-focused sessions such as Yoga and Pilates, our classes support all fitness levels and training goals.

Hyrox Engine

Developing endurance in a variety of manners. Athletes will become faster runners, increase their work rate, and improve their ability on machines. This can lead to improved muscular strength, enhanced cardiovascular resilience, and overall increased performance in a range of physical activities.

Hyrox Power

Developing strength in all forms possible. Traditional strength training rather than skills and aerobic fitness. The program includes a variety of workout formats such as AMRAPS, Strength intervals, TOTMS, Partner Workouts, 'I Go You Go' sessions, and volume training

HYROX Foundational

Includes elements of strength and power, muscular endurance, aerobic and lactic threshold, skills, and agility. 

HYROX Complete

Focuses on enhancing aerobic capacity as well as the body’s ability to run and function under significant duress. Regular, sustained exercises that elevate the heart rate, thereby strengthening the cardiovascular system by incorporating long form blocks built specifically for the sport of fitness racing.

DEKA

Each DEKA class is built around the 10 DEKA Zones, designed to develop strength, endurance and overall fitness. Every class includes some of the core DEKA movements, plus additional exercises to help prepare you for the DEKA challenge (DEKA Strong, DEKA Mile, DEKA Fit, DEKA Atlas)

Whether you're training for the event or just want an intense, well-structured workout, these sessions will get you there.

Calisthenics

Using your own bodyweight as a form of strength training, utilising little or no equipment.

Pilates

Using the 8 principles of Pilates; concentration, breath, centring, control, precision, flow, isolation and routine to focus on strengthening the entire body with an emphasis on core strength to improve posture, balance and flexibility.

Pilates for Core Strength

Strengthen and support your core while building overall body strength through slow, controlled movements performed on the mat. This class focuses on stability, balance, and mindful movement, helping you develop strength and control in a way that feels accessible and supportive for all levels.

Yoga

Specialising in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, classes focus on fluid movements synced with breath, fostering mindfulness and balance on the mat.
